The Lenovo P8 Thinkstation, Aston Martin-inspired chassis that lets you swap components and expand this beast of a machine with ease, by releasing the side panel.
Core–Security have designed a security tray & Strap that prevents unwanted tampering with the lock, and the removal of highly prized components.
The security tray can be fitted to a multiple of surfaces, by utilizing the fixing holes in the base plate. Once fitted to the desired location, the P8 is secured into place via a 180mm wide security strap. The strap is designed to not only fit between the two ventilation outlets, but fits into the inside of the security tray for additional security, and is locked off in 2 fixing points using a keyed alike security padlock. The solution does not impede on any ventilation areas, for this powerful machine.
