Core-Security have designed the Core-Security Nano a secure solution for locking down the Lenovo Nano.  The secure solution has 2 fixing holes that are 100 mm apart, allowing the product to be fixed to VESA points at back of a monitor should you wish.  The holes can also be utilized to fix to several other surfaces should you require.

Once the product is fixed in place the Nano covers up the fixing screws, to prevent removal. A turnkey lock fixes the front plate into place, which prevents removal of the PC. This solution is ideal for fixing the Nano to the back of a monitor, to give that All in One solution.
